Qualifications and Characteristics As a Private Advisor with a focus on mortgages at Personalbanken, you meet SEB's employees via phone, digital video meetings, and written channels, where you guide them through their entire mortgage journey – from initial thoughts about buying a home to a completed mortgage and further financial security. In this role, you combine advisory services, relationship building, and business acumen. By understanding the customer's needs and life situation, you create security, find the right solutions, and build long-term customer relationships. With self-leadership and a proactive work approach, you take initiative, help customers understand their opportunities, and contribute to a customer experience that truly makes a difference.
