Description
We are now seeking a dedicated priest for Visby Cathedral Parish.
As a priest in Visby Cathedral Parish, you will serve in all three of our churches: Visby Cathedral Sankta Maria, Terra Nova Church, Visborg Church, as well as at residential care facilities and funeral chapels.
You are responsive to the parish's need for spiritual guidance and pastoral care, which is part of your role along with conducting services and performing ecclesiastical functions. Your duties also include work related to hospital chaplaincy readiness and participation in the parish's crisis and preparedness work. You will also serve as a theological resource in the local implementation of the Swedish Church's climate action roadmap.
You will contribute to developing the parish's activities based on parish guidelines and prioritized areas. You want to be part of building a good community in Visby and on Gotland.

Qualifications
You are ordained in the Swedish Church and confident in your theological knowledge. It is advantageous if you have several years of parish experience.

Your application should include a cover letter, CV, ordination certificate, and a certificate according to Chapter 34, Section 10, Paragraph 2 of the Church Order (confirming your willingness to serve in all tasks together with others ordained to roles within the Church's ordained ministry regardless of their gender).
