About the position You will become part of the Brämaregården team, a team of around ten people who value collaboration, openness, and joy in work. Depending on activities, we work together or individually, an approach built on trust in each other's abilities and responsibility. In the Brämaregården team, we seriously and with curiosity discuss the Bible's message through many different forms of expression to meet people where they are. There is commitment to think and try new things while remaining steadfast in the church's faith and tradition. There is a desire to find new approaches in work with children and families, and you will be an important part of this together with educators and musicians. You will mostly work in and around Brämaregården Church and Tolered Church, but also in shared assignments and activities throughout Lundby Parish, such as confirmation classes, grief groups, and religious ceremonies. About you We are looking for someone who wants to be a priest close to people's lives – in meetings, in worship services, and in daily life – and has the will to make the Gospel living and relevant in our time. You will meet people at all stages of life – from baptism to funeral – and in the everyday moments in between. This means both depth and breadth in your role, and genuine closeness to those we as a parish serve. Through this, you contribute your expertise in different parts of the work and see the value in working together with others regardless of role. About Lundby Parish Lundby Parish is located on Hisingen in Gothenburg. Here, people who have lived on Hisingen for generations mix with people from other parts of Sweden and newcomers to the country; everyone brings their cultures, religions, and languages with them. New urban environments are being built, immigration is extensive, and there are significant differences in socioeconomic conditions. This diversity is reflected in the parish's activities as we work to create visible, attractive, and open meeting places where people can meet themselves, meet others, and meet God.
