Bergsjöholm is a modern countryside estate beautifully located in a historic setting along the Scanian south coast, approximately 3 km west of Ystad. We are looking for a handy, service-minded, and responsible person to join Bergsjöholm. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy varied work tasks, like solving practical problems, and are ready to step in where needed. With us, you'll have diverse work where no two days are the same. About the Position As an all-around handyperson at Bergsjöholm, you will work on ongoing maintenance, upkeep, and minor repairs of our properties and outdoor areas. The work involves both independent responsibility and close contact with tenants, suppliers, and other team members. Responsibilities Minor carpentry work and repairs Painting and maintenance of surfaces Contact with tenants and handling of practical matters Oversight and ongoing maintenance of properties Some garden care, for example grass cutting, clearing, and minor maintenance of outdoor areas Other practical tasks that arise in daily operations We Are Looking for You If You Have basic knowledge of carpentry and painting Are practically minded and enjoy hands-on work Are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented Have a pleasant demeanor and feel comfortable interacting with tenants Enjoy varied work both indoors and outdoors Can work independently and take own initiative What We Offer We offer a full-time position in a family-friendly, well-maintained environment where you have great opportunities to develop and learn new skills.
