The Content and Learning Department primarily works with the development and adaptation of content for exhibitions, both self-produced and borrowed. Within the department, there are several different professions and work areas such as exhibition production, photography, and pedagogy. The internship runs from late summer/fall term during 2026. WORK TASKS The internship is conducted during fall 2026 within the Content and Learning Department at our three Stockholm museums: the Mediterranean Museum, the Ethnographic Museum, and the East Asian Museum. You will gain insight into work with both content production and exhibition production at a museum. Your main tasks will consist of film and audio editing and possibly some filming. Other tasks may also be added. The focus will primarily be on the museum's new exhibition Our Colonial History. You will work together with a content team responsible for ensuring that the content is coherent. QUALIFICATIONS We offer opportunities for learning and internship for students at the post-secondary level and persons in labor market policy measures. We would prefer that your post-secondary education is in the field of film and audio editing and camera operation. Knowledge of animation is a bonus. Please note that the internship must be an integral part of an ongoing education program, or alternatively through collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service. Registration at an educational institution or with the Swedish Public Employment Service is therefore required (the internship position is unpaid). Employment type: Fixed-term position.
