Who We Are Looking For: - University education in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent knowledge through work experience - At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & Copilot Studio - Practical application of Generative AI, AI assistants, and AI agents - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong proficiency in Swedish and English It is advantageous if you also: - Have experience working in a DevOps culture and with tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub - Are certified in AI & Microsoft Power Platform Your work approach is characterized by curiosity and a desire to continuously develop. What Does the Role Entail? - Design, develop, and deliver solutions in Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio - Collaborate with the business and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI solutions - Develop a framework for AI agents and help identify and prioritize use cases where AI agents can create the greatest business and operational value - Develop and maintain Power Platform infrastructure and tools including AI components - Stay updated on the latest developments within Microsoft Power Platform - Train and support Citizen Developers in the organization - Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders As a Power Platform Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying solutions in Microsoft Power Platform to meet business needs. You will be responsible for advancing the platform and serving as an enabler for Citizen Developers within our organization for low-code solutions. Additionally, you will work at the forefront of technology by integrating Generative AI, AI assistants, and AI agents to automate processes and create new value for the business. You will be part of Ving's Workplace team, which is responsible for delivering innovative and effective solutions that drive our business forward.
