About the Position As our IT division at Svenska kraftnät grows, so does the unit's mission, and the Data and Reporting Platform is becoming an increasingly important part of Svenska kraftnät's data initiatives. We are seeking a Power BI Developer who wants to join Svenska kraftnät's data-driven journey by transforming data into valuable insights and creating decision support tools that make a real difference across the entire organization. You will become part of the Data Analytics and Data Platform unit, which is responsible for providing platforms for storing, analyzing, and sharing data to enable secure and efficient use of data and information across the agency. The unit responds to inquiries and requests for structured data, such as data extracts and published reports. The unit has a dedicated team of 20 employees with expertise in data analytics, backend and frontend development, as well as IT specialists responsible for application operations and support. We work according to agile principles cross-functionally with management and product owners on both maintenance and further development, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with experts across the organization and influence future developments. In your role as BI Developer, you will be responsible, together with the team, for ensuring that our platforms and tools for data storage, collection, analysis, and sharing function properly and are continuously improved both proactively and according to business needs. About You We are looking for someone who is structured and able to see the bigger picture with a pragmatic approach. You enjoy solving complex problems and are solution-oriented while demonstrating flexibility and patience when challenges arise. Required Qualifications: You have a relevant degree or university education in Engineering, Systems Science, or Computer Science, or equivalent education and work experience that Svenska kraftnät deems equivalent. You also have: At least 5 years of current and relevant experience in Power BI development. Excellent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good skills in English. Meritorious: Experience leading and driving user groups or other networks. Experience training others, for example in Power BI. Practical work experience with Power BI in an on-premises environment. Work experience working with/against data warehouse solutions. Practical work experience with Linux and/or Python. Experience collaborating with infrastructure expertise. Experience with agile working methods and tools. Good knowledge of IT security. Good to Know: The position is located in Sundbyberg. Opportunity for remote work up to 50% #LI-hybrid.
