Responsibilities The Swedish National Genomics Infrastructure is seeking a postdoctoral researcher for a project aimed at leveraging cutting-edge genomics to study the relationships between gene regulatory variants, chromatin organization, and transcription. The project will combine practical genomics, method development, and bioinformatics. The project will be conducted at the interface between the National Genomics Infrastructure and research groups led by Professor Tuuli Lappalainen and Associate Professor Robert Månsson. This brings together state-of-the-art genomics platforms, internationally leading functional genomics, molecular biology, and experimental hematology. Qualifications Requirements Completed doctoral degree or foreign degree assessed as equivalent to a doctoral degree. This eligibility requirement must be fulfilled by the time the employment decision is made. Scientific expertise in genomics, molecular or cell biology, genetics, or a corresponding field. Expertise in genomics or molecular cell biology techniques. Ability to analyze genomic data. Collaboration skills. Independence. Strong publication record.
