I'm a cheerful and driven man who, after a spinal cord injury, lives an active and fulfilling life in the countryside just outside Västerås, together with my family. I'm now looking for a new team member who wants to be part of our fantastic group. My days involve everything from morning and evening routines, exercise and personal hygiene to cooking, work and simply enjoying life. Sometimes it's fast-paced and energetic, sometimes calm and relaxed. I love music, film, board games and video games, and I enjoy spending time on the lake. Mental health and wellbeing are close to my heart. Who are you? You are a calm, positive and independent person with good interpersonal skills. You have a natural ability to sense when and how your support is needed, and you thrive with both taking your own responsibility and collaborating. Personal chemistry, trust and flexibility are what matter most to us – not formal qualifications. You are attentive, respectful and understand the importance of me having control over my own life. You are a non-smoker, have a driver's license and access to a car (we live in the countryside). Above all, you want to help create a safe and comfortable everyday life where we can both laugh and tackle daily tasks together. What we offer you: 100% position with a highly appreciated work schedule: Work hours: 07:00–19:00 Rolling 4-week schedule: 2 days work / 2 days off – 3 days work / 2 days off – 2 days work / 3 days off Every other weekend off Opportunity for long-term collaboration – we want you to feel satisfied and stay A small, tight-knit team where everyone helps each other Starting salary approximately 30 400 kr/month (incl. 12% vacation compensation) at 100% Wellness allowance 2 500 kr/year upon full accrual The position is available from August 1, 2026.
