Do you want to drive the transition toward more circular property management? We are seeking a dynamic reuse coordinator who wants to develop and implement approaches for increased reuse in our operations—while ensuring that reuse is integrated into our renovation projects. As a reuse coordinator, you will have overall responsibility for developing, structuring, and driving the group's reuse initiatives, with particular focus on the property management's material flows and processes. The position is based at Poseidon but has a group-wide mandate where you coordinate reuse efforts across Framtiden's property management companies. You will develop working methods and governance while supporting the companies in implementing them in practice. You are responsible for establishing and managing our group-wide reuse warehouse, which may also involve supervising participants in labor market programs. The role is cross-functional and involves close collaboration with property management, procurement, and project organizations as well as external partners. You will be based at Poseidon's office in Gamlestaden, be part of our environmental team, and report to the Property Development Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Develop working methods, implement strategies and targets, and map, develop, and monitor circular material flows • Identify, develop, and realize reuse potential in ongoing operations, maintenance and investment projects, and tenant modifications • Develop and manage approaches for storage, categorization, labeling, and quality assurance of reused materials (physical and digital) • Create governance, guidelines, and support materials, and train and support the organization on reuse matters • Coordinate and, to some extent, supervise participants in labor market programs connected to the reuse warehouse • Collaborate with external stakeholders and contribute to developing business models and incentives related to circularity • Monitor the external environment and drive development in line with industry best practices Qualifications We seek someone with building technical knowledge, sustainability expertise, and the ability to drive change. You thrive working strategically and long-term, but also practically in the group-wide reuse warehouse that will be built up.
