We work throughout central Sweden and deliver quality solutions in flooring, tile work, painting, and other surface treatments. Your Tasks As a tile setter at Golv & Kakel Måleri Gävleborg, you will work throughout central Sweden and in mountain regions. The work consists primarily of: - Preparing substrates through cleaning, filling, and leveling. - Performing waterproofing according to applicable industry standards. - Installing tiles and clinker on walls, floors, and other surfaces. - Measuring, planning, and adapting materials for precise final results. - Grouting and finishing surfaces. - Performing renovations and new construction in, for example, bathrooms, kitchens, and other wet rooms. - Ensuring that work meets high quality standards and complies with safety and quality requirements. As a tile setter, you need to be thorough, have an eye for detail, and be able to work both independently and with other trades. Your Background/Your Qualities We are looking for an experienced tile setter who takes pride in your profession and appreciates both quality and good service. To apply for this position, we would like to see that you: - Have at least 5 years of experience in tile setting. - Are thorough, self-driven, and quality-conscious. - Have great dedication and responsibility in your work. - Enjoy working both independently and with others. - Have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. - Have a class B driver's license. - BKR or GVK certification is a merit. - Are flexible and enjoy working in different locations. - Can stay away from home as work occurs throughout central Sweden and mountain regions.
