About the Position
As a sheet metal worker/damage technician, you work with repairing collision-damaged vehicles by replacing and straightening body components, performing welding and bonding work in sheet metal, plastic and glass, as well as disassembling and assembling technical and mechanical equipment. You'll be part of a team consisting of 7 damage technicians and a dedicated paint department with 3 painters. With us, you work independently and responsibly with the customer in focus. To support you, you have a damage workshop manager, damage assessor, and warehouse staff at the damage center.

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a vehicle technical gymnasium education or equivalent as well as several years of work experience as an automotive sheet metal worker/damage technician. You master the Swedish language both spoken and written and have a good understanding of English. B-class driver's license is required for the position.
As a person, you have a positive attitude and see problems as challenges. You are thorough with an eye and feel for details. Since we are today a tight team that creates a fun work environment together, we also expect you to be a team player who supports and contributes to good collaboration between damage technicians, painters, and administration.
Other Information
Scope: Full-time, probationary period 6 months. Working hours are daytime.
