About the role Sheet Metal Workers in Stockholm work with manufacturing, assembly, and repair of sheet metal constructions on buildings and in industry. The role combines practical craftsmanship with technical understanding — you create and install sheet metal components, ensure watertightness and quality, and contribute to sustainable building projects. Install roofing, gutters, and sheet metal details at construction sites. Seal joints and perform welding or soldering work as needed. Interpret and work according to drawings and technical specifications. Work both in the workshop and on construction sites with precision. Use hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Ensure a safe work environment and follow safety regulations. Collaborate with colleagues and other trades on the construction site. What you bring Vocational training or apprenticeship experience in sheet metal work or similar trades. Practical experience with sheet metal processing, assembly, and blueprint reading. Relevant certifications if needed (e.g., welding or hot work certificates) and familiarity with safe work procedures. You are driven and take ownership of your work.
