Site Manager – Outdoor Environment (Stockholm) Pema Partner AB is seeking an experienced site manager specializing in outdoor environments for immediate start. We are looking for someone with experience independently managing operations and maintenance contracts for outdoor environments. Requirements: · Minimum 5 years of experience as a site manager or equivalent · Landscape engineer or equivalent competence, alternatively minimum 5 years of relevant practical experience · Documented experience with outdoor environment maintenance and operations · Experience with green spaces, hardscaped surfaces, and winter road maintenance · Experience with personnel, production, and financial responsibility · Proficient Swedish in speaking and writing · Experience with client contact and contract follow-up · Minimum two relevant reference projects Merits: · Experience with municipal or other public contracts · Experience with LOU-procured assignments · APV training · Experience with work order systems and financial monitoring · Experience with winter preparedness
