Isaksson Byggbemanning is now seeking an experienced site manager for Wästbygg We're looking for someone who thrives in taking responsibility for the whole picture in a construction project and who is motivated by creating structure, driving progress, and building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners. About the role As a site manager at Wästbygg, you'll have a central role in project execution. You're responsible for daily production from startup to handover and ensure that the project is delivered according to the customer's requirements, with the right quality, budget, and timeline. You'll lead and coordinate skilled workers, hired consultants, and subcontractors and become an important link between production, the customer, and the rest of the project organization. In the role, you'll be responsible for, among other things: Leading and controlling production in the project from construction start to handover after the market Project budget, quality, and progress Resource and time planning as well as coordination of subcontractors Work environment and BAS-U Procurement and management of ÄTA Financial reconciliations Ensuring that laws, regulations, and requirements are followed Customer dialogue and well-functioning collaboration with the project's various stakeholders Creating structure and driving production forward through all phases of the project Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone with at least five years of experience as a site manager who has managed multiple construction projects within, for example, new residential construction, commercial properties, or civil engineering. You're confident in your construction technical expertise and have a good understanding of contract law, legal requirements, and the financial aspects of a construction project. You have experience leading production and are used to handling both planned and more challenging situations that can arise during the project. As a leader, you're clear, communicative, and engaging. You bring people with you and create involvement by being present and clear in your communication. At the same time, you have the ability to make decisions and drive work forward when circumstances change. We also believe you're business-minded and cost-conscious. You understand how your production decisions impact the project's budget and have a natural interest in finding solutions that work well for both the customer and the business. The position requires: At least 5 years of experience as a site manager in new construction Experience in construction production within residential, commercial, or civil engineering Excellent knowledge of contract law and relevant legal requirements Very good Swedish in speech and writing Class B driver's license and access to your own car About Wästbygg Wästbygg Group is a publicly listed construction and development company with operations including logistics, industry, residential, commercial properties, and civil engineering.
