Job Description Overall responsibility for leading and executing assigned production projects in a safe, profitable, and sustainable manner. Coordinate personnel, resources, and subcontractors to meet objectives within time, budget, quality, and work environment. Through present leadership, ensure that projects are delivered according to customer expectations and Peab's values. Manager/Employee Level Managerial position where personnel responsibility may be included depending on the operation. Level Description Lead a small group of employees (<5) and/or a larger group of skilled workers (10-20). Prioritize and distribute tasks to ensure efficient resource utilization and that work schedules and delivery targets are met. Set up and achieve daily goals. Ensure that policies, standards, and procedures are followed by employees, customers, and stakeholders. Have broad knowledge within a specific area, including operational procedures and tools. Handle problems that can be difficult but are generally not complex. Education/Experience Have relevant higher education/vocational training or equivalent competence through relevant work experience (Min 3-5 years in production management position). Have at least 5 years of experience from the construction and civil engineering sector or other relevant activities. Your Role As site manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating production from start to final inspection. You have overall responsibility for time, quality, budget, personnel, environment, and work environment. You report to the project manager and as support in your work, you have a skilled project organization and the opportunity to get help from support functions in estimation, procurement, quality management, logistics, and HR. Who Are You? You are an engaged leader who takes responsibility and delivers results together with your team. You have several years of experience leading construction projects with responsibility for personnel and budget, as well as a good understanding of cost management. Construction engineering education or equivalent experience, good Swedish and B driving license are requirements for the position. Experience with partnership project work is a merit.
