Your Assignment As site manager, you have overall responsibility for production on one or more projects within larger office and tenant customizations. Here you get to work in challenging project environments with significant personal responsibility. You lead the work on the construction site from startup to completion and ensure that projects are executed in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, and TL Bygg's quality and environmental requirements. In your role as BAS-U, you are responsible for planning, resource management, schedules, procurement, economics, and work environment. At the same time, you create the conditions for safe, efficient, and well-functioning projects where both team and production develop. You report to the project manager and are a key person in the project's progress and TL Bygg's development. As site manager, you will: Work with complex renovation projects Have overall responsibility for all parts of the project Have varied days with projects of different character Make smaller estimates and have primary responsibility for purchases in the projects Be an appreciated colleague and a significant player in the TL Bygg team About You We are looking for a confident leader with high business acumen and a sense of responsibility. We are looking for someone who has: Several years of experience as a site manager in renovation projects with budgets of 70 MSEK and above Experience with BAS-U and working with KMA systems (preferably BKMA) Good technical understanding of building technology and materials science Good knowledge of installation systems/installation coordination Good computer skills, especially in the Office package Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, orally and in writing Good knowledge of contract law Category B driver's license It is a merit if you have experience with environmentally certified building projects (e.g., Miljöbyggnad and Svanen) as well as experience managing projects in ongoing operations.
