About the Position
Tillmans Charkuteri in Bollnäs AB was founded in 1950 and manufactures charcuterie products from raw materials to finished product under the well-known brands Tillmans and Björk. The company has two facilities, one in Bollnäs and one in Färila, and is part of the Nordpolarna AB group (which also includes Gårdssällskapet AB and Faringe Kött och Slakt). You will become an important part of the production and management work for the entire operation. As Production Manager, you'll work most closely with your direct manager at Gårdssällskapet, the sales department, and HR and finance. You'll also have contact with the Swedish Food Agency and other colleagues within the group who have production in Eskilstuna and offices in Stockholm. You'll be an important link between the facilities in Bollnäs and Färila, which means regular travels between the locations in your company car.

Responsibilities
You'll work in a broad role with a focus on operational management, efficiency improvements, and creating structured working methods for the entire production flow. For example, you'll...
Lead and distribute daily production work and ensure proper staffing based on orders and seasonal peaks.
Drive and develop procedures for the entire production chain – from delivery of raw materials through processing, packaging, labeling, and delivery.
Set and optimize collaboration between sales, procurement, and production to ensure the right products are manufactured and delivered on time.
Work actively on the production floor to gain a deep understanding of the flows, build strong team relationships, and provide support as needed.
Manage production calculations, purchasing of packaging, and monitoring of key metrics and unit costs (e.g., cost per box).
Have overall responsibility for equipment maintenance, service agreements, and planning of technical investments in dialogue with management and finance.
Ensure compliance with current hygiene and quality requirements and manage communication and audits with the Swedish Food Agency.

Experience from industrial production (preferably from food, charcuterie, or other process industry)
Experience from a leadership role such as team leader or production manager.
Good understanding of finance, key metrics, and production calculations.
Good IT skills (preferably experience with Excel, Fortnox, and inventory systems).
Valid driver's license (category B).
