Your Responsibilities As site manager in Piteå, you will have overall responsibility for establishing, leading, and developing operations at the location. You are responsible for creating structure, building the team, and ensuring that assignments are delivered with high quality. You will step into a growing operation conducted in close collaboration with SCA and encompassing extensive transport flows around the clock. This is an assignment where every shipment matters. Punctuality, safety, and order are crucial. You will, among other things: • Have full personnel responsibility for operations in Piteå (approximately 15–30 employees) • Be responsible for staffing, work management, and personnel development • Work closely with customers and ensure a strong and long-term relationship • Drive and follow up budget, results, and financial goals • Ensure that contracts, deliveries, and quality are met • Handle ongoing matters regarding operations, vehicles, service, and procurement • Build structure and stability in a growing operation The initial focus is to build up the operation and get it functioning smoothly—with satisfied customers and employees as the primary goal. Your Background / Your Qualities We are looking for you—a confident and action-oriented leader with experience driving operations and taking responsibility for both people and results. You have previously held a leadership role with personnel responsibility and are accustomed to working closely with customers and external relationships. You have a good understanding of business and finance, and experience from transport, logistics, or a related industry is a merit but not a requirement. As a person, you are solution-oriented and unpretentious, with confident leadership and the ability to make decisions even in challenging situations. You work in a structured manner but are simultaneously flexible in a dynamic environment, and you are present and engaged with both employees and operations. Above all, you are someone who makes things happen and has the ability to keep the big picture together. You communicate fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
