Heving & Hägglund is now seeking a confident and business-minded Site Manager for the contracting department. Responsibilities As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for the project and drive the contracting work with full responsibility for finances, schedule, quality, and work environment. The projects are primarily renovation, conversion, and extension (ROT) contracts. Your areas of responsibility include: Overall responsibility for the contract Budget, forecasting, and financial reconciliation Production planning and schedule development Management of foremen, skilled workers, and hired contractors Client contact and participation in construction meetings Work environment responsibility and BAS-U role Preparing APD plans and TA plans when necessary Following up on purchases, deliveries, and completed work The role is both operational and strategic, where you are expected to be present in production while driving the project's overall business performance. You should have Solid experience from the construction industry and feel confident in the Site Manager role Construction technical education (vocational school, university, or equivalent) Experience driving projects with financial, schedule, and quality responsibility Knowledge of contract law (AB/ABT) BAS-P/BAS-U certification, Category B driver's license, and certificate for hot work Good system skills (Microsoft Office) Desirable qualifications: Experience with concrete classification I–II Knowledge of moisture management or environmental issues Familiarity with MS Project We believe your personal qualities are crucial to how well you will thrive in this role at Heving & Hägglund.
