As a site manager, you have overall responsibility for the project's production and ensure that work proceeds according to set goals for time, quality, budget, and work environment.
You drive the project from start to completion and serve as the connecting link between the client, project management, and production. Our operations include new residential construction, building services, hotel projects, space adaptations, and renovation projects. In and around Stockholm.
To succeed in the role, you have:
- Building technical education or equivalent experience
- Several years of documented experience as a Site Manager
- BAS-U and BAS-P certification
- Strong knowledge of construction production, work environment, and contract law
- Swedish language skills, spoken and written
- Class B driving license
Meritorious:
- Experience in design or design management
- Knowledge of financial follow-up and digital construction tools
- Experience with the NEXT program
