You don't necessarily need to have worked in concrete or infrastructure specifically—what matters is that you understand how projects are driven in a classic construction or infrastructure company and are ready to take full responsibility for multiple projects. The company is a versatile player in concrete and infrastructure construction in northern Sweden and Finland, with over 250 employees. Core competencies include cast-in-place concrete structures, structural planning, and infrastructure work for industrial, commercial, and public projects. The operation is particularly focused on industrial construction and energy-related infrastructure. The company is in a growth phase where new projects, methods, and business areas are continuously being developed. This position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the Client. About the Role As an operations manager, you are responsible for 2 to 4 projects in parallel depending on size. You support site managers in their day-to-day work and ensure that projects maintain the right level of economics, schedule, and quality. You will, among other things: • Lead and support site managers in their projects • Monitor project finances and forecasts • Ensure that schedules are met • Plan resources and staffing • Participate in estimation and follow-up work • Assist in recruitment • Participate in financial meetings • Ensure structure and documentation • Conduct site visits as needed What We Offer Freedom with Responsibility: A culture where employees are given significant responsibility and freedom in their work. What We're Looking For You are a clear and responsible leader with drive and a good ability to prioritize correctly in projects. We are looking for you with several years of experience in a leadership role in construction and/or infrastructure, with good understanding of production logic, contract types, and project execution in classic construction and infrastructure companies. You don't necessarily need to have worked with concrete or infrastructure projects, but have a background that allows you to quickly operate in that type of business. Experience from a leadership role, such as site manager, project manager, operations manager, estimation manager, or equivalent, is a merit. • Have driven projects with responsibility for economics, schedule, and production • Have good understanding of finances and results • Have good knowledge of contract law and use AB 04/ABT 06 as an active tool in your projects • Comfortable handling contract changes in dialogue with the client and design engineer Other Information Start: By agreement Scope: Full-time Placement: Luleå and surrounding area Submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are ongoing.
