About the role
As a site manager, you have operational responsibility for production on site in projects. You are the hub of the construction site and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from planning to delivery.
You will, among other things:
Drive and lead daily production
Ensure that the project stays on schedule, budget and quality
Coordinate subcontractors and resources
Work actively with work environment and safety
Follow up on finances and manage extra work orders
Be a present leader in production
The role involves great responsibility – but also great freedom.
We believe you:
Have experience as a site manager or senior work leader within construction/ROT
Have good understanding of economics and project follow-up
Are comfortable with contractor law (AB04/ABT06)
Have BAS U/P and B driving license
Communicate fluently in Swedish (English is a merit)
