Site Manager – On Air Stockholm
Do you want to lead a team, develop people, and be in the thick of daily operations? We're now looking for a new Site Manager for On Air in Stockholm.
On Air creates and produces interactive Game Shows where guests step into a studio and become participants in the Game Show, just like on TV but without the cameras. With us, competition, entertainment, and social experiences come together – with professional technology, studio atmosphere, and a Game Show Host leading the experience. We serve beverages and snacks, but we don't focus on serving meals.
We welcome everything from groups of friends and families to corporate events and larger groups. Our goal is to create an experience with high pace, lots of energy, and the feeling of being part of a real game show.
On Air currently exists in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Örebro, Copenhagen, and Oslo, and we continue to develop both our games, our offerings, and the business as a whole.
As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of our facility. You lead the team, are responsible for staffing and scheduling, and ensure that we maintain high and consistent quality in everything we deliver to our guests.
The role is both operational and administrative. We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the operations and the people in it, while also being organized and comfortable with the responsibility and planning required to make a facility run really well.
An important part of the role is leading and developing the team. You are a present and clear leader who is skilled at giving constructive feedback, coaching your employees, and helping them develop. You notice what works well and are confident in addressing things that need improvement.
As Site Manager, you'll also be involved in the development of On Air. We're a growing business, and you'll be able to contribute ideas and improvements to both our daily operations and our offerings and guest experience.

Have experience with recruitment

It's a plus if you
Have worked as, for example, a restaurant manager, site manager, store manager, hotel manager, or in a similar operational leadership role. Experience from restaurants, hospitality, events, experience businesses, or other service-intensive operations is also a plus.
The most important thing is that you're used to leading people and creating a well-functioning operation where both employees and guests thrive.
This is a full-time position based at On Air in Stockholm. Start date is in the fall by agreement.
