Your Responsibilities As site manager at Repay Strömsund, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of currently 14 skilled employees. You report directly to our CEO and play a central role in driving and developing the facility. The role is flexible and shaped by the needs of the business at any given time. One day you might plan production or work with orders and quotes, and the next day you could be picking components or providing support wherever needed. With full responsibility for personnel and budgets, as well as strategic responsibility for achieving operational and financial targets, you are a key player in our continued growth journey. In your role as site manager, you will be part of Repay's leadership team, where together with other site managers you contribute to shaping our future. You will meet regularly six times a year at one of our facilities across the country to share insights and strategies.
