About the Position In your role as site manager at BDX Rail, you will be responsible, together with the project manager, for implementing maintenance or investment projects within the railway sector. Your work includes planning, resource allocation, procurement, and monitoring production in terms of economics, quality, environment, and safety. An important part of your responsibilities is personnel management, contact with clients, customers, and the public. You are offered a leading and important role in societal development within the railway industry. Qualifications We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a leadership position within the railway or construction and infrastructure sector. You should have a university or college degree with a technical focus, or alternatively other education combined with experience that we consider equivalent. For us, it is important to find a confident leader who drives work forward, which means you create participation and good collaboration and communicate a clear vision. Other important qualities are that you are business-minded, customer- and results-oriented, and have good analytical skills.
