Site Manager with Establishment Responsibility – Build up our local operations
Konsultia is a specialist in staffing and recruitment within industry, technology, and logistics. We have a strong market position in Northern Sweden and are now expanding to the rest of the country. Our branch offices span from Gällivare to Helsingborg, and we are now opening in Karlskrona.
About the role
You will join at an early stage with a clear mandate to build up the local business – step by step.
The role requires initiative, persistence, and hands-on work where you:
· create customer relationships and develop business locally
· drive sales from first contact to delivery
· recruit and follow up on consultants and assignments
You will work independently during the startup phase while receiving support from colleagues in nearby locations, central support functions, and regional leadership (which you will be part of). As the business grows, the role will evolve and there are good opportunities for personal development.
We are looking for someone who
· is customer-focused, business-driven, and accustomed to taking own initiatives
· has experience in sales, business development, or relationship-building roles
· leads by example and contributes with high engagement
Industry experience, experience from growth ventures, and/or a couple of years of management experience are merits.

The employment is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. A valid driver's license is required.
