Site Manager with Establishment Responsibility – Build up our local operations
Konsultia is a specialist in staffing and recruitment within industry, technology, and logistics. We have a very strong market position in Northern Sweden and are now expanding throughout the rest of the country. Our branch offices are located from Gällivare to Helsingborg, and now we're opening in Finspång.
About the role
You'll come in at an early stage and receive a clear mandate to build up the local business – step by step.
The role requires your own drive, persistence, and hands-on work where you:
· create customer relationships and develop the business locally
· drive sales from first contact to delivery
· recruit and follow up on consultants and assignments
You'll work independently in the startup phase, while receiving support from colleagues in nearby locations, central support functions, and regional management (of which you'll be a member). As the business grows, the role will evolve and there are excellent opportunities for personal development.
We're looking for you who
· are customer-focused, business-driven, and accustomed to taking your own initiative
· have experience in sales, business development, or relationship-building roles
· lead by example and contribute with high engagement
Industry experience, experience from growth ventures, and/or a couple of years of management experience are merits.

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probation period. B-class driver's license is required.
