Site Manager with Establishment Responsibility – build up Konsultia in your location
Konsultia specializes in staffing and recruitment within industry, technology and logistics. We have a very strong market position in northern Sweden and are now embarking on the same journey in more locations across the country. Our local offices are located from Gällivare to Helsingborg – and now we are looking for people who want to help build up Konsultia locally in places where we see the right conditions together.
About the role
You will be joining at an early stage and will receive a clear mandate to build up the local business – step by step.
The role requires self-drive, perseverance and operational work where you:
create customer relationships and develop the business locally
drive sales from first contact to delivery
recruit and follow up consultants and assignments
You will work independently in the start-up phase, while receiving support from colleagues in nearby locations, central support functions and regional management. As the business grows, the role will evolve and there are good opportunities for personal development.
We are looking for you if you
are customer-focused, business-driven and accustomed to taking your own initiative
have experience from sales, business development or relationship-building roles
lead by example and contribute with high commitment
have local roots and see opportunities in the market where you are located
Industry experience, experience from growth journeys and/or a couple of years of management experience are merits.

Start by agreement. The placement location is flexible and depends on where you are located, which local market you know and where we see the right conditions to grow together.

The employment is a permanent position with a six-month trial period. A B driving license is required.
