We are now recruiting an accomplished and highly regarded site manager specializing in ground works and site development in Stockholm, for one of our most prestigious clients in Stockholm. Marbit AB is one of Stockholm's leading operators in ground works, site development, and infrastructure. We continue to grow and are now seeking a site manager to help meet our clients' needs. Our projects are primarily directed toward municipalities and city authorities, private property owners and managers, homeowner associations, condominiums, foundations, and similar organizations. About the Position To lead, plan, and manage daily production on site development contracts of varying complexity. The site manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with established frameworks regarding budget, quality, and delivery time. The work includes resource planning, which also entails operational responsibility for personnel and participation in recruitment activities. The position requires solid knowledge of AMA/MER/RA, contract law, and business law, as well as strong expertise in: Leadership Technical competence Knowledge of AMA/MER/RA Ground Works Standards Knowledge of contract law for construction projects Management and quality systems Business systems - Byggsamordnaren BAS U certification and preferably BAS P Traffic management and control measures Estimation software - MAP Safety and compliance regulations Your Profile You have experience from management positions in the ground works and site development industry with all the responsibility that entails for personnel, budgets, and finances. You communicate in a trustworthy manner and are an excellent negotiator. You are experienced in leading personnel through a large flow of projects and site development contracts. We especially value candidates with several years of experience in contract-based operations in a management position, along with strong knowledge of economics, cost estimation, and contract law.
