We are now looking for you! with several years of experience as a site manager for ground and concrete works with project sizes up to 120 milj and preferably with knowledge and willingness to handle budgeting and procurement in projects. You have strong knowledge of construction technology, negotiation, contracts and construction law, and have the ability to oversee the whole picture from start to finish in projects, large and small. You will work in close collaboration with company colleagues in many different areas of expertise. In your role as a budgeting manager, you will be an important key person in the organization's continued success. You share responsibility for supplier and subcontractor contacts, prepare request documents and specifications for procurement. You manage the procurement process and utilize existing agreements. Key Responsibilities: Site Manager works with production management, budgeting, work planning and work supervision. You will manage production personnel in ongoing and upcoming ground and concrete construction projects of varying sizes from 40 to 100 milj in the Stockholm region. Tasks include working with projects from start to finish with customer contact, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractors, material planning, reconciliation, quality, environmental and occupational health issues, coordination, and work planning.
