We at Uppsala Fastighetstjänst have expanded our operations very successfully over the past few years and things continue to go well for us! We are now looking for a dedicated Site Manager for our grounds and landscaping division who wants to drive diverse projects and take the department to the next level. Welcome to join us! About the Position The grounds and landscaping division is responsible for ground services such as drainage and foundation insulation, stone and paving work, as well as rough and fine grading of plots. Our customers are located in Uppsala and Stockholm with surrounding areas and include private individuals, businesses, and housing associations. Projects vary in size, from smaller assignments to larger contracts, which means that as a site manager you will have a varied and developing role. As a site manager, you drive, lead, and are responsible for our grounds and landscaping projects. You create schedules, budgets, manage procurement, and lead projects from start to finish. We also expect you to run the department in a business-like manner with profitability in focus. You have personnel responsibility for a team with long experience and high competence. The role involves results and budget responsibility, and you report directly to the CEO. To support you, you have good system support and close collaboration with site managers in other divisions who have extensive experience from the industry and the company. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with solid experience in grounds work, landscaping, and work supervision or personnel responsibility. You are experienced in calculating jobs and making your own estimates. You communicate fluently in Swedish and have a valid driver's license. Like everyone else who works at Uppsala Fastighetstjänst, you are the company's face to customers, so one of your most important qualities is that you are positive, outgoing, and engaged. You are solution-oriented, business-minded, and have an ability to build good relationships. We also believe that to succeed in this role, you are organized and good at following up on your work.
