We are now seeking an experienced site manager for earthworks at a major project in Gävle. This is a direct recruitment for one of our most popular clients in the earthworks sector. About the Role: To be comfortable in this position, you need strong knowledge of earthworks including planning, production budgeting, construction law, and very good experience with financial follow-up. To thrive in the role, you need to be a leader who can motivate and develop your team. We also value that you are a good communicator to create positive relationships with both clients and employees. An important part of the role is communicating both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English, as our documentation is central to our projects. On our major project in Gävle, we provide comfortable accommodations for our employees. As a Site Manager, you drive construction projects from start to finish. Projects begin with a kickoff meeting where you create production planning with costs, resource allocation, and schedules. The project concludes with handover to the client. During execution, you are responsible for maintaining control over costs, changes, and providing ongoing reports as well as maintaining close dialogue with the client. A successful project achieves good profitability and a satisfied client. You lead your project organization with clear and active leadership to drive the project within the set parameters.
