About the position As a site manager, you lead, plan, and control daily production in ground and construction contracting of varying size and complexity. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that projects are completed according to established goals regarding economy, quality, work environment, and delivery time. The role includes, among other things, production and resource planning, operational personnel responsibility, and participation in recruitment. You are also responsible for financial monitoring, forecasts and reporting, and collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. An important part of the work is also ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal processes. Qualifications To succeed in the role, Bäckström Anläggning AB is seeking someone who is well-anchored in the construction industry and has: • Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility • Good technical understanding and practical experience in ground and construction • Good knowledge of AMA Anläggning and MER • Knowledge of contract and business law • Experience working according to management and quality systems • BAS-U • Experience with calculation programs and tender work Your profile You have several years of experience in management positions within construction contracting and are accustomed to responsibility for personnel, budget, and finances. You are a confident leader and skilled communicator who inspires confidence in dialogue with both employees and customers. You enjoy leading multiple projects in parallel, work in a structured manner toward clear goals, and create good collaborations in project organizations. You combine business acumen with present and clear leadership.
