We are now seeking an experienced site manager within ground works for a major project in Gävle/Sandviken. About the role: To be comfortable in the role you need to have good knowledge of ground works with planning, production calculations, contract law and very good experience in financial monitoring. To thrive in the role you need to be a leader who can motivate and develop your team. We also value that you are a good communicator to build a good relationship with both clients and employees. An important part of the role is to communicate both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English as our documentation is central to our projects. In our large project in Gävle we have pleasant accommodations for our employees. As Site Manager you drive construction projects from start to finish. Projects begin with a kick-off meeting where the Site Manager creates a production plan with costs, resource plan and timeline. The project concludes with handover to the client. During the implementation phase, the Site Manager is responsible for maintaining control of costs, changes and providing regular reports as well as maintaining close dialogue with the client. A successful project has good profitability and a satisfied client. The Site Manager leads his project organization with clear and active leadership to drive the project within the set framework.
