About the Role As a Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the facility and play a key role in continuing to develop operations, employees, and customer relationships. You will have personnel responsibility for approximately 15 employees: work supervisors, foremen, service technicians, and parts personnel, as well as close collaboration with the facility's sales organization. In this role, you combine business responsibility with hands-on leadership. Your main areas of responsibility are to: Develop and strengthen local business within service and spare parts Budget, results, and personnel responsibility for the facility Monitor key performance indicators and drive a profitable and efficient operation Lead, develop, and motivate employees and create commitment around common goals Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable processes, procedures, and guidelines This is a permanent position at Lantmännen Maskin in Tomelilla. You report to the Regional Manager Service Market and are part of the region's management group together with other Site Managers within Region South. Who Are You? We are looking for a confident and business-driven leader with documented experience leading, developing, and engaging employees. You have successfully managed operations where people, service, and profitability are central, and you are accustomed to working with budgets, key performance indicators, and follow-ups to ensure good results. You thrive in a changing environment and have experience driving development and change initiatives in a structured and inclusive manner. As a leader, you are clear, decisive, and communicative, with the ability to build trust, engagement, and participation. You build strong teams and get people to work toward common goals, while ensuring that operations develop and deliver sustainable results. We believe you have a post-secondary education in engineering, economics, or equivalent, and we would like to see that you have experience from the service market within the automotive, agricultural, or construction industry. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working in different business and operational systems and have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
