This is a full-time position based in Västerås or Eskilstuna with a work area around the Mälar region. About the role: As a site manager at Tuna, you have a broad and varied role that can be summarized in three main areas: production, economics, and quality, environment, and work environment. This includes leading and planning production work as well as ensuring the project's economics and results. You are responsible for ensuring that work is performed with high quality and that work environment and environmental requirements are met. In this role, you work closely with project engineers, work supervisors, and project managers where collaboration is crucial for creating successful projects. Qualifications: - Several years of experience in the role of site manager or other leadership roles in construction - Good understanding of project management, economics, and production - Structured, business-minded, and solution-oriented - Good collaboration skills and motivated by developing both people and operations We place great emphasis on personality, and we value your willingness to develop together with us.
