We are now seeking, on behalf of our client, an experienced site manager in earthworks and construction for an well-established company in Gothenburg. The role suits you if you are confident in your site manager role and want a central and responsible position in projects. About the role As a site manager, you are responsible for leading and driving earthworks and construction projects from start to handover. You have overall responsibility for planning, production, economics, and follow-up. The role involves leading work on-site in projects, coordinating personnel and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is carried out according to schedule, budget, quality, and work environment requirements. We would like to see that you have: Several years of experience as a site manager in earthworks and construction Experience with, for example, earthworks, water and sewage, foundation work, or infrastructure Good experience with project economics, forecasting, and scheduling Experience leading and coordinating multiple parties in projects Good computer skills B-class driver's license Selection and interviews are ongoing.
