As a Site Manager in our infrastructure/concrete business division, you will have overall responsibility for leading and executing our projects in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. The projects will primarily be located in Region South, south of Stockholm, and will consist of concrete structures in infrastructure, including bridges, among others.

Your Responsibilities
As a Site Manager with us, you're responsible for planning, economics, production, quality, and workplace environment, and you'll be an important part of creating structure and momentum in the project's daily operations. You're the one who gets the team functioning, maintains communication with clients and subcontractors, and ensures we deliver according to plan. Your duties include, among other things:
Plan and lead building production from project start to handover, with responsibility for schedule, budget, and quality
Conduct procurement and contract agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure that BKMA requirements are met through self-inspections, risk analyses, and deviation management
Act as BAS U in the project and drive active workplace environment work with safety rounds, action plans, and zero accidents as the goal
Lead and develop the on-site team and contribute to a strong culture through our values: Joy, Responsibility, Courage, Commitment.

We're looking for someone with:
Experience as a Site Manager or equivalent role in construction with strong experience driving projects and solid understanding of workplace environment, safety work, and BKMA
Meritorious with experience in cast-in-place structures in major infrastructure projects; highly meritorious with experience from bridge construction
Since we often work on international projects and English-speaking worksites, you need to be able to express yourself fluently in both speech and writing in Swedish and English
Class B driver's license and good computer skills, preferably experience with digital project management tools
