Teknisk Fastighetsservice AB, TFS, is a Norrland-based company that handles maintenance and development of properties for customers who are property owners and users within industrial, public, and commercial operations. The company operates within service and preventive maintenance of building technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electrical, and automation. The business is located in Norrland with offices at 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north and with headquarters in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with close to 500 employees, of which approximately 250 are employed at TFS.
About the Position
Your task as Site Manager is to operationally and strategically lead and allocate work as well as drive the Östersund unit toward set goals. Through a coaching approach, you support your employees in implementing activities that drive toward the business plan. You work closely with your employees and ensure and follow up on projects. You have overall responsibility for both results and operational activities, which includes personnel and workplace environment responsibility for approximately 15 employees, budget work, and work toward goals and results. You are part of the company's management team and report to the CEO.
Qualifications
We would appreciate it if you have education in a relevant field, such as Energy Engineer and/or Project Manager, as well as some form of leadership training or equivalent experience from a similar role. In addition to your theoretical education, you have several years of experience leading and developing personnel. If you also have industry knowledge within, for example, ventilation, cooling and/or control systems and have worked as a project manager within technical installations, that is a merit. You have good language skills in Swedish in both speech and writing.
In the role of Site Manager, you need to have the ability to lead in a situation-adapted manner and be a stable and reliable leader who is clear and decisive in situations that require you to make decisions. At the same time, you are motivating, receptive, and supportive in a way that promotes your employees' professional and personal development. You have a results- and business-oriented mindset where you make clear priorities and allocate resources efficiently.
