About the position As a Site Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations at the depot. You lead and allocate work and resources. The role requires you to make independent decisions and you will have significant responsibility, but at the same time great freedom to influence the development of operations in Dalarna. Your main responsibilities include Lead, allocate, and monitor work at the depot Customer management and upselling Invoicing Project management and project monitoring with a focus on profitability and business Develop and review quotes and contracts Personnel and workplace environment responsibility as well as competence development Profit and budget responsibility Environmental and quality responsibility You will have support from a network of people and functions within the Ramudden Group. You are also responsible for promoting collaboration with other depots in the region and the group. You report to the Regional Manager. Work location: Borlänge Employment type: Probationary/Permanent employment Salary form: Monthly salary About you We are looking for someone who is confident, business-driven, and sales-focused leader. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have local roots and previous experience as a leader. You should have basic business economics knowledge and good administrative skills. We also see it as a merit if you come from the construction and engineering industry or similar. As a person, you are engaged, results-focused, and enjoy working in teams. You have the ability to get things done and inspire people around you to work toward the same goal. Since the daily work involves extensive contact with various stakeholders, you need high social competence and be easy to collaborate with. You have a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, and you speak English as it is our group language.
