About the Role As site manager at the client, you are responsible for the entire project execution from start to final inspection. This is a role for you who is used to taking full ownership of your projects and who can independently drive construction contracts from building documents to finished delivery. You are responsible for planning, finances, documentation, client contacts, subcontractors, quality, work environment, and production. The goal is for you to be able to drive the projects independently with some support from the organization when needed. Responsibilities • Plan, lead, and follow up projects in ground, water utilities, and construction • Take responsibility for project finances, forecasts, and results • Drive projects from startup to final inspection • Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients, consultants, and subcontractors • Ensure quality, environment, and work environment in projects • Manage documentation, construction meetings, and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle • Work with budgets, forecasts, change order management, and financial follow-up • Coordinate internal resources and external parties • Lead production and create momentum in projects • Contribute to long-term customer relationships and continued business development We Are Looking For You If You • Have several years of experience as a site manager, project manager, or equivalent in ground and construction work • Have experience independently driving construction projects with responsibility for finances, production, and client dialogue • Have experience with ground, water utilities, utility line installation, or similar infrastructure projects • Are confident in driving projects from start to finish • Have good understanding of finances, forecasts, and project follow-up • Communicate fluently in Swedish • Have a class B driver's license • Have good experience reading drawings • Have good administrative skills and experience with documentation and follow-up Meritorious • Post-secondary education in construction and building • Experience working with municipal clients or the public sector • Experience with water utility projects • Experience with large ground and construction contracts You Will Be Offered At the client, you will be part of an experienced and entrepreneurial company where commitment, quality, and responsibility permeate the operations.
