About the Position As a site manager, you will independently lead your own construction projects from planning through execution to completion. You have overall responsibility for the project and manage and coordinate daily work with a focus on progress, quality, and a successful result. You will be involved early in the projects and work with production planning, schedules, forecasts and follow-ups, as well as ordering, invoicing, and project administration. You work closely with production and maintain ongoing dialogue with tradespeople, subcontractors, and clients. Regardless of project scope, you become an important person for creating structure, solving problems, and driving work forward. We're Looking for Someone With Experience from a site management role in construction production. Experience with contract projects. Experience with digital tools for production management, such as scheduling software, financial systems, and Dalux. Craft background with a professional certificate or engineering degree in construction.
