About the Position Fridh & Hell is continuing to grow and is now seeking two site managers, one for Dalsland and one for Värmland. As a site manager, you will be responsible for independently managing your own construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The role involves overall responsibility where you lead and coordinate daily operations, create structure, and ensure that projects are executed with high quality and customer focus. You will be involved early in projects and work with everything from planning and monitoring to purchasing, invoicing, and administration. Regardless of project scope, you will have a broad and varied role where you are given the opportunity to take responsibility, develop, and contribute to Fridh & Hell's continued growth. Key Responsibilities · Plan, lead, and monitor production. · Manage construction projects from planning through execution and completion. · Work with production planning, forecasts, and monitoring. · Ensure quality and structure throughout the project. · Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and contribute to long-term customer relationships. · Handle purchasing, invoicing, and administration related to projects. What We're Looking For · Experience from a site management role in construction production (2–5 years). · Experience with contract projects. · Experience with digital tools for production management, such as scheduling software, accounting systems, and Dalux. · Craft background with a vocational certificate or engineering degree in construction. Meritorious · Experience with partnering projects.
