About Department Building Örebro/Värmland The Örebro/Värmland department is a strong and established player in the market, particularly when it comes to large and complex construction projects with high security requirements, where aftermarket work is an important cog. The position as Site Manager Aftermarket As Site Manager Aftermarket at NCC, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers continue to be satisfied during the warranty and liability period. The Aftermarket group provides technical and legal support as well as follow-up that measures are completed. In your daily work, it means coordinating warranty work, making assessments of what should be done and how, ensuring that handover from project to aftermarket takes place according to applicable procedures, representing and advocating NCC's position at warranty inspections, daily communication and meetings with customers, internal project organizations, subcontractors and suppliers. You are responsible for ensuring that regulations, guidelines and policies are complied with. Through experience feedback and continuous improvements, we drive preventive measures that contribute to a reduced number of warranty cases. You are also responsible for the project's schedule, quality, working environment, finances and sustainability. The role involves having personnel responsibility for skilled workers and ensuring a safe and secure working environment. Your Profile We would like you to have a construction technical education with several years of experience in the construction industry. You have broad construction technical knowledge with knowledge in contract law and relevant education for BAS-P & BAS-U. It is advantageous if you have experience in handling technical investigation work and insurance matters, alternatively as a claims adjuster or inspector with responsibility for construction-related issues. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge within HVAC, Ventilation and control systems. The role as Site Manager in Aftermarket requires that you have good administrative skills, are organized and that you can express yourself well in speech and writing. Additional Information The position is a permanent employment with placement in Karlstad with travel within the region. B-class driving license is a requirement.
