We are looking for a Site Manager who drives production – from start to completed project – with a focus on work supervision, resource planning, and monitoring of time, cost, and quality. The Site Manager role As a Site Manager with us, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, leading, and following up on project execution within your area regarding time, quality, economy, and sustainability. You lead and allocate work and ensure that the project is driven in accordance with NCC's guidelines and operating systems, toward the project's jointly established goals. To support you, you have a team including supervisors, project engineers, project purchasers, project managers, skilled workers, and more. Together, you create the best possible conditions for a good work environment, progress, and economy in the project. In your role as Site Manager, your leadership qualities will be of great value, as your task is to involve and engage the team in the project. You will lead a number of white-collar and skilled workers on a daily basis. You have many contact points, and it is of utmost importance that you value good dialogue and collaboration both within the team, internally at NCC, and externally with customers and subcontractors. As a Site Manager, you report to the Project Manager. Your profile as Site Manager To thrive and be successful in the role, we see that you have several years of experience from a leadership position driving construction projects of approximately 200–400 mkr, preferably within public facilities. You have the ability to coordinate your own resources and subcontractors. You are confident in a leadership role and have a good ability to delegate and set requirements. Based on this, we expect you to have a good understanding of cost management and experience driving collaborative projects. You have a construction engineering education or equivalent competence through practical industry experience. Furthermore, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. About Building Norrland We build and renovate both commercial and public buildings as well as residential properties throughout Norrland, from Sundsvall in the south to Luleå in the north. The division consists of approximately 200 committed employees, both white-collar and skilled workers, who together drive projects forward with a focus on sustainable and long-term solutions. Additional information The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. The role involves regular presence at our projects, which means we are looking for you who live – or have the possibility to relocate – within Västerbotten County. Our initial projects are within commuting distance in the county. Start date is by agreement. A Class B driver's license is a requirement as our projects are located where our customers are.
