Svevia is on an exciting development journey, and as part of our strategy to invest in larger infrastructure projects - we are now recruiting, among other things, site managers for our construction operations. With projects from coast to mountain where infrastructure is crucial, we have no requirements regarding your work location. Rather, we see the strength in being distributed across the region. The Role of Site Manager As a site manager in our construction and infrastructure projects, you get an important and engaging role where you really make a difference. You lead the project from start to finish and help create sustainable solutions. With your experience of driving projects in a similar role, you have a good understanding of both the responsibilities and opportunities that come with the assignment. Here are some of the areas where you will play a particularly important role with us at Svevia: Safety, working environment and environment – you contribute to creating safe workplaces and sustainable production. Finance and results – you follow up on the project's progress and work proactively to achieve set goals. Customer relations – you are a central point of contact and build good, long-term relationships in our ongoing projects. You will become part of an engaged team that typically consists of a project manager, site manager, work supervisor, project engineer, surveyor, own skilled workers, and subcontractors. Together we create successful projects where everyone gets the opportunity to contribute their expertise. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience as a site manager in infrastructure projects, for example road or railway. You have documented experience in leading, planning and driving projects with responsibility for budget, schedule and quality. You are a confident and businesslike leader who develops both teams and individuals through clear and values-based leadership. You have extensive experience managing organizations, handling stakeholders and making decisions in complex project environments. We see that you work structurally and solution-oriented, with strong capabilities in planning, follow-up and risk management. You communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing, have good system knowledge and a driver's license category B. You want to contribute long-term to the development of operations and are a key person in driving projects and business forward in line with Svevia's goals and values. We are looking for someone who: Has experience as a site manager in construction or infrastructure projects Is experienced in independently driving projects with full responsibility for schedule, cost and quality Has good knowledge of contract law and experience in contract and change order management Works structurally with planning, production management and financial follow-up Has a good understanding of workplace responsibility and drives safe and efficient work sites Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good system knowledge and driver's license category B Part of Something Bigger Based on Svevia's strategies, goals and values, you get the conditions necessary to make a difference and contribute to the company's development.
