Most importantly, you are the leader who creates the conditions for people and operations to succeed. You are responsible for all hourly personnel and actively work to build a strong, engaged, and well-functioning organization where employees grow, take responsibility, and contribute to the company's development. Through present and clear leadership, you drive daily improvement efforts in operations and maintenance while ensuring the implementation of strategic initiatives that strengthen quality, productivity, and profitability. You play a central role in creating a culture characterized by safety, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally. You collaborate closely with other companies within the group, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Therefore, your ability to communicate, inspire, and build trusting relationships is crucial to success. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience leading operations with P&L and personnel responsibility within industrial production. You have relevant technical education or equivalent experience and a strong interest in technology, development, and improvement work. The operation maintains a high technical level, and to thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are curious, engaged, and motivated by developing both technology and operations. Experience from the timber industry, particularly sawmill operations, is a plus. Above all, you are a leader motivated by developing people and building strong teams.
