Söderqvist Gräv is growing and is now seeking a site manager who wants to take responsibility, lead with commitment, and help drive our projects forward.
With us, you'll have a central role in the company where you work closely with supervisors, skilled workers, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. You'll be the person who keeps the project together in the field – with a focus on quality, economy, schedule, and work environment.
About the Position
As a site manager at Söderqvist Gräv, you are responsible for ensuring that our projects are carried out in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, leading, and monitoring daily production
Responsible for projects' budget, schedule, and quality
Leading and allocating work within the project
Coordinating with supervisors, skilled workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and other partners
Ensuring that work is carried out according to applicable rules and routines for work environment and safety
Following up on hourly work, costs, and project results
Participating in project meetings and progress reviews
Being involved from planning to completion and ensuring the project moves forward
You'll have a varied role where no two days are quite alike.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who is a confident and engaged leader and who enjoys taking responsibility.
You find it easy to create structure, make decisions, and get people around you to work toward the same goals. At the same time, you are unpretentious and enjoy collaborating.
We would like to see that you have:
Experience as a site manager, production manager, supervisor, or equivalent within earth and site work
Good understanding of construction and production
Experience with budget and project monitoring
Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documentation
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Class B driver's license
