About the Position As a Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for production, finances, and employees within your projects. You lead projects from start to finish and create conditions for successful collaboration between customers, employees, and subcontractors. In this role, you actively work to develop your team while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal guidelines. To succeed in the role, you have support from, among others, KMA, contract engineers, and procurement, while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues. You are responsible for executing projects according to established goals and agreed-upon parameters regarding time, finances, quality, environment, and workplace conditions. The role involves close collaboration with customers and clients where long-term relationships and business acumen are key success factors. We work with projects, framework agreements, and service assignments. Many of our assignments are carried out in properties with residents or in operations that continue while work is being performed. This places high demands on planning, flexibility, communication, and customer focus. Your Main Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop employees and project teams Plan, manage, and monitor projects throughout the entire construction process Manage bids, estimates, forecasts, contracts, and procurement Ensure project finances and results Create, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships Identify and develop new business opportunities Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with applicable requirements for quality, environment, and workplace conditions We Are Looking For Someone Who Has construction technical education or equivalent documented work experience that we assess as equivalent Has experience from the construction industry, preferably in a leadership role Has good knowledge of production planning, project management, and project economics Is a confident and engaging leader who builds trust and engagement Has a business-oriented approach and enjoys customer contact Is organized, responsible, and solution-oriented Has good communication skills and expresses yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Holds a Class B driver's license Selection is ongoing, so submit your application today!
